Responsibilities

Call back leads and address their queries regarding our treatments

Follow up on form submissions to ensure potential clients have all the information they need

Convert leads into scheduled appointments, ensuring a $25 deposit is secured

Aim to complete a minimum of five bookings per day

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Use our CRM (or specified system) to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Conduct market research and analyze customer needs

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

As a Phone Representative, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers and providing them with valuable information about our products or services

Your ability to analyze customer needs and effectively communicate will contribute to the success of our sales team
