We have an excellent opportunity for a Full-timeLead Linen Specialistin our Lathrop, Ca.warehouse.The Lead Linen Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all activities necessary to ensure ourStores receive uniforms that meet company standards.

General Responsibilities

• Oversight of team (Monitor and evaluates job performance)
• Plans Monthly BTV meetings
• Creates team work schedule
• Manages associates meal and rest breaks
• Assist with the training and development of Associates
• Inventory control and ordering, also performs a variety of administrative duties
• Billing reconciliation
• Maintains working relationship with vendors
• Ensures a positive work environment
• Takesinventoryofall dirtyuniforms/apronsthatarereceived fromthe store
• Inventoriescleanuniforms/apronswhen theyarrivefromthe linen company
• Fulfillsuniformrequestforeachstoreusingestablishedprocedures
• Ensures work area is kept clean and hazard free

Work Schedule Benefits

• Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
• 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, overtime as needed
• Rotating Schedule
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Work Schedule- Must be available to work from 5:30am-5:00pm
• $25.71/Hourly

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 and above required (Active)
• High school diploma or GED
• Microsoft Suite experience
• Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate good analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team-Oriented and deadline-driven environment
• Linen Industry experiencea plus

Physical Demands/Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Physical demands - Position requires frequent lifting, standing, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, bending, and kneeling
