N & M Transfer has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Administrator position located at our corporate office in Neenah.
Monday – Friday: 7:00am-3:00pm
This position is responsible for maintaining customer accounts receivable in a timely and accurate manner to promote profitability. Additional responsibilities include posting checks to customer accounts, balancing daily totals and reports, preparing refunds for overpayment and researching discrepancies.
We are searching for a trust-worthy, hardworking, and reliable individual. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma along with accounting courses or related work experience. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with computer and mathematical skills.
