Responsibilities Our technicians are the core of our business. They are the face of the company and deliver top of the class customer service and impeccable quality on every job by:

- Cleaning & preparing wood surfaces, including taping and masking off areas
- Light carpentry
- Spray finished cabinetry using our patented products and following our patented processes
- General job site & small tool maintenance and cleaning
- Communicates and interacts well with our customers
- Ability to work well in a team environment
This is year-round, consistent work. Experience in one of the following disciplines is required for this position:
Painting, specifically using a spray system
Cabinet Construction and installation
Experience with light carpentry work is desired, but not necessary

To qualify for this position you must:
- Reliable and hardworking
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Wants to be part of something great
- Loves working with people
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Isn’t afraid to work with their hands
- Comfortable not working in an office
- Previous experience masking, painting, or spraying cabinets
- High attention to detail
- Be comfortable working in a small company environment
- Have a valid driver’s license, insurance and vehicle
- Have clean driving record, within the past three years
- Have a willingness to take something old and make it look brand new again
- Be available 5 days a week Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am-5pm, and the occasional Saturday
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work multiple locations

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

We are a family owned business and we value teamwork and dedication to the customer and the team, above all else. We service a very large area, nearly all of northeast Florida. We are a multiple award winning franchise and are looking to add to our team.
