Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe and stimulating environment with age-appropriate activities
  • Prepare meals and snacks for the client
  • Assist with basic care provider duties such as feeding, diapering, and bathing
  • Help with homework and school projects as needed
  • Maintain open communication with family and provide updates on the client’s daily activities and progress
  • Light housekeeping tasks related to the client, such as washing dishes and tidying up toys

Requirements:

  • Must have a smartphone
  • First Aid and CPR Certified or willing to get certified within 90 days
  • At least two (2) years of proven professional experience as a child or adult care provider (nanny, babysitter, daycare worker, caregiver, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and valid car insurance (preferred)

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $21.00 

Benefits:

  • Weekly pay (45% more than the national average)
  • $600 sign-on bonus
  • $100 referral bonus for every care provider referred
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Flexible work schedule
