We provide comprehensive sales, leasing, and management services to clients across the greater Los Angeles area, and we're expanding rapidly.

We are in search of an experienced leasing professional with a valid CA real estate license who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing lease agreements and related addenda
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• A dedicated work ethic and a passion for professional development
• Experience with Appfolio or other similar property management software
• Experience with CA Association of Realtors forms (or similar contracts)
• Access to reliable transportation
• Valid CA real estate license
• Enthusiasm for the real estate industry (a definite plus!)

As our Leasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, including:

• Providing regular leasing activity reports to property owners
• Reviewing leases and applications for accuracy and viability
• Facilitating weekly team meetings via Zoom for our leasing agents
• Maintaining databases with up-to-date rental information
• Holding leasing agents accountable for their performance and actions
• Coordinating property photography sessions
• Aiding leasing agents in preparing compelling rental advertisements to attract prospective tenants
• Ensuring a seamless leasing process for our valued clients

This position primarily offers remote work flexibility, with the exception of one day per week at our Burbank office.
