The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking to hire a Microsoft Windows Support Administrator with 2 to 3 years of supporting an Office 365 environment who is looking to take their career to the next level.

This role will provide the opportunity to get hands-on experience with the latest bleeding edge Microsoft and other in-demand technologies. Our client provides an almost limitless potential for advancement in the areas of security, networking, and virtualization.

The ideal candidate we are hiring will provide a high-quality end user support with a strong background in PC support (Windows/Mac) and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office 365. Above average customer service, organizational, verbal and written skills are a must.

Requirements:

• 2 years in a technical support role (remote end user support experience is preferred)
• Ability to be punctual and maintain a varied schedule from week to week including rotating off hour coverage (nights/weekends)
• Excellent understanding / proficiency with Microsoft 365 and MS Active Directory
• Strong PC and Mac skills, ability to troubleshoot desktop hardware, and software issues
• Experience troubleshooting local and network printers
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, network troubleshooting, and related problem solving
• Some familiarity with email server and spam filtering technology is a plus

Nice to have desired certifications for this role would be:

• CompTIA A or Network or Security
• Microsoft Desktop and M365-related certifications
