This role is for an Infrastructure IT Project Lead. The 4 core focus areas are Network Engineering, System Engineering, Database Administration, and Telecom projects. The Project Lead will utilize Project Management disciplines to define key project milestones, track resource capacity, as well as ensure that all stakeholders are actively engaged. The key that we are looking for is prior experience managing and/or actually performing Infrastructure projects (Implementations, Hardware and Software Upgrades, etc...)

Required Experience:

• Excellent leadership, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems and/or proven hands-on experience with a Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL or equivalent certification.
• 2 years of successful work experience in an IT project leadership role and 4 or more years in an IT role required
• Important ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical customers in clear and simple terms
• Prior experience project managing/coordinating and/or hands-on experience Infrastructure projects (Implementations, Hardware and Software Upgrades, etc...)
• Ability to organize a heavy workload while continuously delivering project plans and project planning documentation.
