Position Overview:

Mythical seeks, for the first time ever, to hire a teammate dedicated to the management of its many fan-facing digital surfaces and portals. This Manager will spend the majority of their time on outward-facing platforms, and a minority on internal technology and analytics deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all technical development and integration initiatives across Mythical’s multiple digital surfaces, including the company’s websites, mobile app, and third-party tech platforms/tools.
• Define scope, build, manage budgets, and outline resource plans for the successful implementation of multiple simultaneous digital/tech initiatives. Create project plans and timelines and track to ensure key milestones/KPIs are met with on-time delivery. 
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams, primarily third-party software developers/agencies. 
• Implement new and/or maintain existing third-party integrations, including content management systems, plug-ins, hosting providers, programmatic ad tech, affiliate networks, email/SMS marketing, project management software (e.g., Monday.com), and reporting/analytics software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Firebase, and other predominantly Google tools).
• Work closely with Mythical Society, Ecommerce, and Sporked teams to enhance website/app features and user experience to drive user acquisition/retention as well as increase revenue. For Mythical Society, ideate opportunities to enhance gameplay experience and possibly guide the development of entire games.
• Identify and execute opportunities to enhance consumer connectivity across various digital surfaces, including website, email, SMS, Linktree, YouTube, social, FAST channels, Shopify, Mythical Society web, app, Discord environments, and other connectivity. 
• Participation in testing and deployment of AI tools across content and marketing teams
• Integration of project management workflows via Monday.com with other divisional practices to optimize workflow and efficiencies.
• Working with Director of Operations to maintain internal analytics dashboards in Google Data Studio (and beyond)
• Analysis and tuning of performance marketing campaigns in partnership with external agency and internal business heads (particularly Ecommerce and Society).
• Working with 3rd party brand collaborators to enable their messaging to better reach Mythical audiences (whitelisting, cookies, etc).
• Working with the Director of Operations on implementations to ensure web/app compliance globally.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of work experience in some combination of digital media, web publishing, app development, performance marketing, and social media audience growth
• Clear understanding of UI / UX design and optimization
• Ability to oversee and advise on creative content production and delivery
• Proven ability to derive new revenue from product improvement and digital audience engagement 
• Demonstrated skill in project management that includes digital/tech deliverables
• Strong understanding of analytics, performance data, and performance reporting
• Expertise in all relevant existing and emerging social media platforms
• Familiarity with social platform APis
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Effective communication skills
• Prior experience working with talent and production sets/environments
