Qualifications:

• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, while delivering on executive leadership expectations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in Lean and continuous improvement (Lead Certification)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work with, coach, motivate, and influence others.
• Change Management expertise, helping teams adapt to new processes and practices.

• Provide CORE Apprentice Certification Training to Hourly Associates.
• Lead and Facilitate CORE Engagements across the facility.
• Lead and Facilitate DAISE (Previously DIVE) problem-solving across the facility.
• Implement and execute Process Analysis (QCPC) across the facility.
• Manage the MCR (Manufacturing Change Request) Process.
• Teach and demonstrate CORE Methods through everyday practice.
• Work with the GT Manager to ensure 100% GT compliance.
• Visitor & Security Management System (VRMS).
• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practice guidelines (CORE and Global Trade).
