Homes for Independent Living, a MyPath company, provides an array of service models in a variety of residential settings.

We support people through individualized service plans that range from high personal care needs to those who present complex behavioral challenges.

HIL is looking for a Scheduler to join our team. Our Scheduler provides administrative support to an assigned region by utilizing structured schedules, call lists, and staff relations to maintain required staffing levels at all programs within a region while meeting labor budgets.

As a , you will :

• Create and maintain direct care work schedules for a full region
• Schedule employees to maximize utilization and minimize overtime
• Collaboratively resolve staffing shortfalls due to call-ins or emergencies
• Ensure all employee training is scheduled and completed within company and state guidelines
• Assist with compiling and communicating labor variances
• Recommend and implement strategies to enhance schedule efficiency.
• Provide timekeeping training and support to direct care staff

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 2 years of scheduling related experience is required
• Experience in human services is preferred
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with insurance on personal vehicle
• Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with changing priorities

Successful completion of a background check, TB test, and Health Screen
