Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues Skills: - Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Strong math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions - Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus - Sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials - Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
