What a typical day as a Meat Repacker might look like :

Responsible for packing / repacking meat products.

Measures, weighs, and counts products and material; assembles, lines, and pads cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools

Cleans containers, materials, supplies, or work area using cleaning solutions and hand tools

Examines and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met

Loads materials and meat products into package processing equipment, marks and labels containers, container tags, or products using marking tools

Obtains, moves, and sorts products, materials, containers, and orders using hand tools

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

Places and / or pours products or materials into containers using hand tools and equipment, or fills containers from spouts or chutes

Records product, packaging and order information on specified forms and records

Seals containers or materials, using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools.
