Job Specifications :

• Job Type : Full-time, temporary-to-hire
• Company : ZF North America, Inc.
• Location : Fowlerville
• Pay Rate : Up to $18.00 / hour
• Shift : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Operate assembly machinery and equipment according to established procedures
• Assemble components and perform visual quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Support the fabrication process by following instructions and guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Qualifications & Skills :

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime during the week and possible weekends
