Job Specifications :
- Job Type : Full-time
- Company : Midgard Plastics
- Location : Green Lane, PA
- Pay Rate : $16.50-$17 / hr
- Shift : 6 : 45pm-7am
- Work Schedule : Rotating 3 / 4 day work weeks
Roles and Responsibilities :
As a Production Operator, your daily tasks will include :
- Operating various types of injection molding machines and assembly operations.
- Reviewing job folders and work orders for detailed manufacturing instructions.
- Following both verbal and written instructions and completing all required documentation.
- Maintaining accurate production counts and ensuring product quality.
- Participating in company-sponsored training and continuous improvement activities.
- Keeping workstations and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Following all safety regulations and using equipment as directed by the Supervisor.
- Performing other assigned duties.
Qualifications & Skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to comprehend detailed written instructions and procedures.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Team player mentality.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for up to 12 hours.
