Location : Grand Forks, ND

Type : DIRECT HIRE

Pay : $21-$25 per hour (based on experience, department, and shift)

Shifts : Monday-Friday (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available, with most openings on 3rd shift).

Responsibilities vary by department but can include :

  • Utilize hand tools and follow blueprints / instructions to perform production tasks for large components.
  • Clean moulds and prepare for the next production stage, applying materials as instructed.
  • Trim excess material post-setting and prepare the surface for subsequent processes using pneumatic sanders.
  • Report any operational, equipment, or material issues to the Team Lead or Supervisor. Qualifications :
  • Willingness to train on day shift for 2 weeks.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, stairs, and navigate catwalks.
  • Quick and repetitive movement capability (holding, reaching, twisting, bending).
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Some experience in production, manufacturing, or tool usage is preferred. Benefits :
