Job Summary :
This position requires knowledge of cGMP regulations, experience in distribution and inventory control practices, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Specifications :
- Job Type : 12 month
- Location : Bothell, WA
- Pay Rate : $25.42 per hour
- Shift : Sunday-Tuesday 5 : 00pm-5 : 30am and Alternating Saturdays 5 : 00pm-5 : 30am
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide material movement and logistical support to internal and external customers during process transfers, routine production, and technology improvements
- Complete internal customer support assignments with high quality and timely output
- Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and FDA guidance applicable to biologics and cell therapy manufacturing
- Manage distribution, receiving, temperature storage, issuance, and inventory control practices including cycle counting and rejected / expired material disposition
- Monitor controlled temperature, humidity, and pest control in cGMP environments
- Coordinate transportation lanes and cold chain logistical movement of time-critical and temperature-sensitive biologics
- Handle freight forwarder and courier direct shipments and associated documentation requirements
- Utilize material handling equipment, including gas-powered, electric, and manual equipment
- Maintain a valid driver's license
Qualifications & Skills :
- 0-2 years of experience in a cGMP warehouse environment
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance applicable to biologics and cell therapy manufacturing
- Familiarity with distribution, receiving, temperature storage, issuance, and inventory control practices
- Understanding of controlled temperature, humidity, and pest control monitoring in cGMP environments
- Knowledge of transportation lanes and cold chain logistical movement of biologics
- Experience with freight forwarder and courier direct shipments and associated documentation requirements
- Proficiency in using material handling equipment, including gas-powered, electric, and manual equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
