What’s a typical day as a Marketing Department Coordinator? You’ll be :

• Providing general office and administrative support to the marketing department
• Managing and prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Tracking and staying on top of deadlines
• Managing the payment process for all marketing expenses and communicating payment statuses to stakeholders
• Submitting purchase order requests and invoice submissions
• Gathering information and preparing month-end marketing spending accrual reports
• Ensuring compliance with trade show guidelines and protocols
• Ordering office supplies
• Other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have a strong knowledge of MS Office suite and can learn software programs quickly
• Have experience with payment processes, including shopping cart and purchase order creation, and invoicing
• Are detail-oriented, especially with financial documentation
• Have strong organizational skills and a proven track record of prioritizing work
• Can complete tasks by following guidelines and policies
• Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience
