Shift Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Goleta, California. In this role, you will play a vital role in painting sub-assemblies for high reliability space, military, and commercial applications.

You will train under experienced operators and engineers to become proficient in a variety of painting processes, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Pay : $21.49

Hours : 1 : 30p 10pm

Responsibilities :

• Operate painting equipment under the guidance of senior operators and engineers.
• Prepare surfaces for painting following strict procedures and instructions.
• Apply paint using a variety of techniques, ensuring consistent and accurate coverage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Document painting processes and data accurately.
• Work effectively with teammates to achieve production goals.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Qualifications :
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work with chemicals and follow safety procedures. Desired Skills :
• Experience with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and cleanroom practices.
• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention practices.
• Professional painting experience a plus.
