Kelly is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Cincinnati, OH. If you're looking for an opportunity to gain experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Pay :
$22.00 / hour- $23.00 / hour
Shifts Available :
- 6 : 00pm - 6 : 30am Thursday- Saturday
- 6 : 00am - 6 : 30pm Thursday- Saturday
What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator? You’ll be :
- Manually assembling tubing and connectors used in the medical industry
- Reading manufacturing drawings and following standard operating procedures
- Manufacturing bags following product blueprints and utilizing standard operating procedures
- Utilizing a tape measure to build products according to customer requirements
- Recording and completing accurate documentation according to GMP requirements
- Driving a culture of safety and quality in all activities
- Performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and escalating when appropriate
- Working with a team in a fast-paced environment to assemble products
- Participating in the Lean Practical Process Improvement (PPI) culture

Preferred Qualifications :
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous production experience
Physical and Environmental Requirements :
- Work in a fast-paced controlled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additional overtime as required for production schedule adherence
- Work in a clean-room which is a controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise
- Must be able to wear gowning which includes : gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like
- Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understand chemical hygiene
- Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted
- Stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping
- Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing and pulling
