Pay Rate / Compensation :
NEW PAY RATES!!
1st Shift- New Pay rates- $22 / hr
2nd Shift - New pay rates - $23.10 / hr
Pay increases at 6 months and 12 months

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Associate? You’ll be :
- Assembling automotive parts on a factory assembly line
- Pushing / pulling carts with an average of 40lbs of force
- Performing continuous bending, stooping, and squatting
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Are a minimum of 18 years of age
- Have the ability to lift 40lbs and work a full 8 hour shift
- Have the ability to work Overtime (extended shift and weekends)
- Are willing to attend orientation training in Bellefontaine, OH
