What’s a typical day as an Inventory Associate? You’ll be :

• Receiving, stocking, and issuing inventory accurately - You'll be responsible for ensuring that inventory is received, stocked, and issued correctly, using computer systems to track inventory.
• Providing excellent customer service - As an Inventory Associate, you'll have frequent contact with clients and will need to provide a high level of customer service.
• Performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy - You'll be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts and reporting any stock balance discrepancies to management.
• Maintaining a clean and organized storeroom - You'll play a key role in keeping the storeroom clean and organized, ensuring that inventory is easily accessible.

• Possess basic math skills - You should have a basic understanding of math to accurately track and count inventory
• Are able to obtain and maintain a forklift license - You'll need to obtain and maintain a forklift license to operate equipment in the warehouse.
• Have excellent customer service skills - Strong customer service skills are essential for this role, as you'll be interacting with clients on a regular basis.
• Are detail-oriented and organized - Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Can lift up to 40 lbs unassisted - This position requires frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 40 lbs.
