We’re seeking a Data Entry Clerk to work at Apria, a leading US provider of home healthcare equipment in El Segundo, CA.
Why should you consider a position as a Data Entry Clerk ?
- 1st Shift : 10am 6 : 30pm, Tuesday through Friday, and Saturday 7am - 3 : 30PM
- $17.50 per hour
- OT possible Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Data Entry
- Package and prepare equipment and supplies for distribution.
- Verify and receive materials into inventory, marking and inventorying packages for storage or transit.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Fill orders by preparing supplies for distribution to patients.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all received products before stocking or distributing goods.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, efficiency, and safety.
- Report stock levels to supervisor. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Effective multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and electronically.
- Knowledge of warehousing and inventory management.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic problem-solving skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication). Physical Demands :
- Regular use of hands for writing, computer use, and manipulation of documents.
- Regular reading and writing of documents.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, eye protection, and gloves.
- Frequent sitting, walking, standing, kneeling, reaching, or stooping.
- Ability to lift objects ranging from 10 lbs. to 160 lbs., and push / pull objects up to 60 lbs. What happens next :
