Enrolled Tax Agent Salary Range $75K-95K

We are expanding our team of talented professionals and seeking a skilled and experienced Enrolled Agent like you! As an Enrolled Agent, you will play a pivotal role in managing our client's tax returns while adhering to IRS rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, trusts, and other entities.
• Represent clients relating to issues with their taxes to the IRS.
• Perform audits and appeals on behalf of their clients.
• Conduct tax consultations with clients, update on new regulations
• Help clients identify potential liabilities on their balance sheets.
• support and develop client tax plans
• Calculate deductions and other exceptions that could contribute to a client paying less in taxes.
• Pursue continued education courses each year to maintain licensure.
• Conduct tax research and stay updated on tax laws and regulations

Qualifications

• 4 years as an Enrolled Agent with a Public Accounting Firm
• Enrolled Agent (EA) License or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Proficient in Ultra Tax by Thomson Reuters software or similar, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
