Working autonomously, you will oversee the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of risk management and associated procedures and controls across the Private Banking business in Guernsey.

In This Role You Will
- Act as a key member of a number of local governance committees as per the PBRSG Governance structure including Chairing the PBRSG Risk Management Meeting (RMM), PBRSG Reputational Risk and Client Selection Committee (RRCSC) and PBRSG Client Selection and Exit Management (CSEM) forums.
- Responsible for the collation and review of papers for various meetings as detailed in the governance structure for PBRSG and for the regulator, the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC).
- Maintenance and approval of the PBRSG 3 key risk documents supporting the Enterprise Risk Management Framework - Top & Emerging Risks Schedule, Risk Appetite Statements, Risk Maps - providing Second Line of Defence (2LOD) risk steward guidance and advice.
- Lead, on behalf of both the PBRS CRO and the PBRSG CEO on key projects and reviews with a transversal impact for the Risk Function.
- Responsible for the drafting of papers on key Risk topics to be tabled by the Channel Islands and Isle of Mann (CIIOM) CRO at key governance forums (e.g. HTCI Boards / Executive Committee).
