• Must be completely versed in all aspects of quickbooks and excel with minimum 5 years actual on job experience. Some duties will be: a/p, a/r, job costing, payroll, 940 & 941 processing, inventory, sales & use tax prepare, review financial documents, reports, and statements, tax returns, month-end closures, complete external and internal audits, conduct database backups. This position will have a large amount of data entry.
• Can be semi-part time (25-35 hours) to full time (40-45 hours a week) depending on your capabilities. We employee 25-30 employees and complete 40 or more projects per month that can use any multiple of over 4000 possible items that are chosen as part of the job costing process and also these projects can stretch out over a year in length that must be accurately processed so applicants should be capable of handling this type and quantity of work.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented and be able to communicate effectively with management and other employes & departments.
• Must be accurate, good at math. This position requires a large quantity of data input.
