MYDOJO MARTIAL ARTS AND FITNESS is Hiring a Martial Arts Instructor Near Baltimore, MD

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students in various in martial arts and afterschool care. If you have a passion for working with students and creating a positive learning environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the specific discipline
- Instruct students in proper techniques, skills, and safety procedures
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students improve
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate activities and events
- Ensure the safety of all students during classes or activities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the specific discipline(s) you will be teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learning styles
- Passion for educating and inspiring students
- CPR and First Aid certification (will help get certified)
- Experience in childcare or related field (preferred)
