The position of Field Engineer is to provide direct support to the General Superintendent and Superintendent and for the management of the company’s construction projects. Ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations. Establish, monitor, maintain, and update construction work schedules. The basic managerial steps applied are goal Setting, Planning, Communicating, Organizing, Implementing, and Tracking.
