Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Coordinator to join our team. As a Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining data in our databases. This is a crucial role that ensures accurate and up-to-date information for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and input data into computerized systems and databases
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain and update databases regularly
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel
- Generate reports and analyze data using pivot tables
- Ensure data quality and integrity by conducting regular audits
- Assist with order entry and processing as needed
- File and organize physical and electronic documents
- Provide administrative support to the team as required

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
