A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OPERATIONS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

As an Operations Support Administrator, you will assist with property support issues, including resident ledgers, FAS statements, Onesite support and on-line payment. You will assist with property takeovers, audits, due diligence projects and other special property related projects and paperwork. You will complete periodic onsite file audits and compile reports based on findings. You will complete construction contracts as assigned by Operations Support Coordinator. You will complete market surveys. You will assist in providing onsite staffing at Myan managed communities that are short staffed. You will respond to property managers and regional managers questions. You will assist company executives as assigned.

OPERATIONS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or college degree
• Background should include word processing, document control, preparation of spreadsheets, graphs and charts and presentation
• Drug free
• Valid driver's license
• Possess good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Possess good accounting and clerical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to be available to work as scheduled and as necessary
