My Way Leases is seeking a customer service oriented individual for a full time Sales Associate position. The Sales Associate will have the responsibility of generating sales through in store contact, telemarketing, and local out of store marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Results through in store contact telemarketing and local out of store efforts
Refurbishment of Furniture Appliances and Electronics
Merchandising of the Showroom Floor
Maintaining a Clean Inviting Store Environment

Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to work schedule to include evenings until 7:00pm and Saturdays
Must pass preemployment background check
Previous lease to own experience is a plus

This position is full time with company benefits including health dental vision insurance paid vacation and company matching retirement plan. We are looking for a career minded individual as this is an entry level position with room to grow. $15.00/hr plus sales bonuses.
