Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pricing studies to assess profitability of specific insurance products.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Analyze factors affecting insurance rates and recommend adjustments.
  • Research competitor offerings and pricing strategies in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with data analysts on modeling projects to support business decisions.
  • Partner with marketing teams to optimize advertising effectiveness.
  • Analyze usage-based insurance data and recommend pricing actions.
  • Perform trend analysis to understand changes in claim frequency and severity.
  • Analyze the impact of new technologies on insurance claims.

This is a hybrid position with both on-site and remote work options.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) actuarial experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: Relevant professional designation (e.g., ACAS, FCAS).
