My Sparkling Smile is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Sarasota, FL

Our office is expanding and additional help is needed at our front desk. If you are Friendly, Cheerful, and Compassionate, Apply now for our Front desk receptionist position.

MUST HAVE FRONT OFFICE DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE

In this position, you are the first friendly face to Welcome patients to our office.

Job requirements: Checking and Greet Patients and Visitors, Answering phone calls, scheduling patients, team player and help where needed, if you are familiar with infection control, submitting insurance claims and verifications, and confirming appointments. Work Week is days a week. Monday -Thursday (7:50 am-5 pm) and Friday 9 am- 2 pm.

Applicants must have previous work experience in the dental field is required. We are a small private practice (currently have 2 people working the front office) and try to maintain a spa-like atmosphere. Come work on a small team that works well together. We are looking for a cheerful, welcoming, organized and dependable team player to join our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities

Work Location: In person
