Responsibilities:
- Provide mentoring and support to individuals with special education needs
- Assist with academic advising and guidance for students
- Collaborate with research laboratories and participate in scientific research projects
- Develop and implement behavior management strategies
- Design instructional materials and lesson plans tailored to individual needs
- Conduct tutoring sessions to enhance academic performance

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective mentoring and collaboration
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices
- Familiarity with research methodologies and laboratory procedures
- Ability to manage and modify behavior using evidence-based techniques
- Proficiency in instructional design and curriculum development
- Experience in providing academic support and tutoring
