Experience and job duties will be front desk focused such as:
- Greeting/checking patients in and out
- Scheduling
- Reading and understanding SOPs
- Balancing patient’s financial charts
- Manage and collect patient payments
- Accounts receivable
- Dentrix Ascend knowledge preferred
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Has 2 years of front desk experience in a dental office
- Is positive and high-energy
- Is outgoing and confident
- Personable and dependable
- Articulate and detail-oriented
- A self-starter, works independently but works well with our team
- Is eager to learn as well as willing to teach others
- Self-aware and is aware of others needs
- Can establish positive relationships with patients and their parents
