Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Preschool assistant Director to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for educating young children and ensuring that the school is in optimal function.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the preschool program, including curriculum development, staff supervision, and parent communication and connection.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Implement educational policies and procedures in accordance with state regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community stakeholders to promote the preschool's mission and values.
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress and program effectiveness.
- Develop and manage the preschool budget, ensuring financial sustainability.

Requirements:
- A degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Education administration, with a minimum of 1 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and program evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with parents, staff, and children.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Pay: $41,102.31 - $49,499.56 per year
