Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote learning and development aligned with RIELDS
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity, curiosity, and exploration
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education via our parent app, as well as in person
- Perform assessments and maintain portfolios for each child in the classroom
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events
- Contribute to the development of the preschool curriculum

Skills:
- Experience working with children in a preschool setting
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and materials effectively
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with the Preschool Team to deliver the best possible outcomes for each student

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
