The Business Advisor is responsible for generating revenue with new clients and existing clients. The Business Advisor is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Businesses and other groups of the community, representing My HR Pros in a professional manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with area chamber of commerce and other networking groups
• Providing service proposals and addendums as required
• Coordinate the onboarding of client accounts and addendums
• Continuously updating clients on service changes and modifications
• Advising current and potential clients on service offerings
• Attending Trade Shows, Conferences, and Networking Events
• Preparing reports as required.
• Keeping up to date on new services and procedures by attending training and sales meetings
• Scheduling appointments and visiting new/existing clients to review service needs and advise other opportunities for service solutions.
• Responsible to understand and follow the Playbook as it pertains to the team member
• Other duties as assigned.
