Successful and busy Real Estate Agent is seeking a driven and dedicated real estate assistant to assist with Transaction Coordinating as well as other important and time-sensitive daily tasks.
The ideal candidate must be willing to drive / service the greater Phoenix area including all of Maricopa County & most of Pinal County.
Essential duties will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients as appropriate, coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs, and attend showings or open houses as needed.
The role will also assist with setting up listings, ordering signs / lockboxes, and notating the CRM appropriately with all updates.
The position will assist with managing the production of all marketing materials and facilitating local events to foster connections with people in the community.
A requirement is that the ideal candidate is currently licensed or willing to hang their license with My Home Group Real Estate to have access to the appropriate systems needed for transaction management.
This is a salaried position with bonus opportunities and paid time off!
Compensation : $18 - $25 hourly
