Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor Associate to join our team. As a Realtor Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and successful real estate transaction.

Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create listings and market properties through various channels
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Guide clients through the process of obtaining financing or mortgages
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction process

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven sales experience in the real estate market
- Ability to analyze market trends and communicate effectively with clients
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
