Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ambulatory surgery center, physiology knowledge, infant care, ophthalmology, sonography, patient assessment, health coaching, care, inhale, and infection control.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide appropriate interventions
- Assist with various medical procedures and surgeries
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in Washington; 1 year of nursing experience
- Proven experience working in a hospital or similar healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in infant care, ophthalmology, sonography, and patient assessment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide health coaching and education to patients
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
