Overview:
We are currently seeking an Observer to join our team. As an Observer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and documenting various activities and events. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately record information. If you have excellent observational skills and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:
- Monitor and document activities, events, or processes as assigned
- Record observations accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for data collection
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation

Skills:
- Familiarity with medical software such as Cerner and Epic
- Knowledge of conducting physical examinations
- Experience in dialyzing patients or familiarity with dialysis procedures
- Proficiency in taking vital signs accurately
- Understanding of sterile processing techniques
- Knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols
- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Familiarity with occupational health practices
- Ability to catheterize patients (if required)
