Salary Range: $115,000 - $155,000 annually

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and specialized care to critically ill cardiac patients, ensuring the highest level of patient care during night shifts.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in an ICU Department within an acute care environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Ability to commute to Mission Viejo, CA.
• Availability to work 12-hour, full-time night shifts.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays as needed.
• Holds an active BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Possesses an active ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
