Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. This is a vital role in our healthcare organization, and we are looking for someone who is dedicated to accuracy and quality in their work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical laboratory tests, such as blood sampling, using aseptic technique
- Conduct ELISA assays and other laboratory procedures
- Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and quality control
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Utilize data management systems to record and analyze test data
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results
- Assist with laboratory management tasks, such as inventory management and ordering supplies
- Stay updated on current research and advancements in laboratory science

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
- Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures and techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis skills and utilizing laboratory information systems
- Experience with ELISA assays and other laboratory techniques
- Familiarity with CT scans and their interpretation is a plus
- Previous experience in a research laboratory is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $93,000.00 - $145,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
