Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Gymnastics / Aerial Silks Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and a strong background in gymnastics or related disciplines.

Responsibilities:
- Instruct gymnastics classes for students of various skill levels and ages
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants
- Demonstrate proper techniques and form for gymnastic skills
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback for improvement
- Ensure equipment is set up and maintained properly

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in gymnastics instruction or related fields
- Knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques
- Ability to educate and engage students effectively
- Certification in gymnastics or related disciplines is a plus
