We seek an Office Manager/Sales Person dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while focused on making sales. The objective is to ensure smooth and profitable office operations, enhance customer satisfaction, foster loyalty and retention, and align with both customer and organizational expectations.

Duties

• Enhance customer service experience and foster natural business growth
• Assume responsibility for addressing customer concerns and seeing them through to resolution
• Handle incoming in-person and on-phone sales inquiries promptly and effectively
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals.
• Maintain precise records and document all customer service interactions and conversations
• Tackle scheduling challenges promptly while upholding high instructor utilization rates and superior customer service
• Collaborate closely with driving instructors to optimize scheduling efficiency
• Undertake additional office duties and responsibilities as required

Qualifications

• Background in roles such as office management, customer service management, retail management, or assistant management
• Strong focus on customer service
• Exceptional client interaction and communication abilities
• Demonstrated experience in service sales
• Fluency in English
• Capacity for strategic thinking and leadership
• Advanced problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to maintain composure during emergency scenarios
• Self-motivated

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
