Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products

- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations

- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits

- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials

- Collaborate with demand planning team to forecast inventory needs

- Supervise a team of warehouse supervisors and associates

- Train and develop warehouse staff to improve productivity and efficiency

- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse layout and processes

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

- Monitor shipping and receiving activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness

- Collaborate with distribution center teams to streamline operations

Skills:

- Proven experience in materials management and distribution center operations

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Proficient in demand planning techniques to optimize inventory levels

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement

- Knowledge of lean principles for warehouse optimization

- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
