Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Home Handyman. In this role, you will undertake a range of maintenance duties for homeowners, ensuring that their homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out basic tasks in plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, and general home maintenance.
• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Regularly inspect various household items, including HVAC systems, to ensure they are in good working order.
• Assist homeowners in setting up new devices and equipment.
• Perform routine landscaping tasks, such as mowing lawns and pruning trees and shrubs.
• Respond to clients' maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all safety policies and protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot necessary repairs or hazards.
• Self-motivated with good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification (e.g., Certified Maintenance Technician) will be a plus.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Possession of a reliable mode of transportation to reach various job locations timely and efficiently.

Must own a set of basic tools necessary to perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
Requirements
Applicant must have the ability to lift and handle heavy objects, ability to stand, kneel, and bend for long periods, and ability to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary.
