My Best Homecare is Hiring a Marketing Representative Near Santa Fe, CA
- Promotes company products and services to the servicing communities, physicians, hospitals, and the general public.
- Responsible for identifying new health organizations, markets, and maintaining good relationships with current referral sources.
- Works with management team to develop and execute effective marketing plans.
- Be well versed in current third-party reimbursement requirements, equipment and services offered, and necessary documentation and acts as a point of contact to facilitate safe patient home discharge.
- Consults with referring physicians and other health care professionals regarding patient care and patient safety.
- Presents a positive and professional image during all interactions with patients and referral sources.
- Participates in ongoing education and training sessions to ensure competencies in the operations of the various types of respiratory equipment provided by My Best Homecare.
- Performs other related duties as directed by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in the Home Medical Equipment industry preferred but will consider candidates with general experience in marketing, advertising, and public relations.
- Possesses a clean driving record, a valid and current California driver's license.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to recognize the needs and concerns of people to result in constructive working relationships.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Possesses a can-do attitude and willingness to help others.
- Ethical and compassionate.
