What Is MyBambu?

MyBambu is a financial institution delivering the first all in one mobile digital banking solution targeting the Hispanic unbanked and underbanked population. The mission of MyBambu is to promote financial inclusion to the unbanked and underbanked by providing an array of financial solutions delivered via mobile devices. We give an overlooked audience a convenient, safe, and cost-effective way of managing their finances. Your Opportunity:

This position is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the Chief Operations and Marketing Officer. As a Web Graphic Designer , you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs, coupled with the ability to implement them using HTML/ CSS for website and email marketing. The Web Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience across our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing design that aligns with our brand identity. Job Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging and cohesive designs for digital platforms, including websites and email marketing materials.
• Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that convey a consistent brand image and resonate with our target audience.
• Ensure that graphics and visual elements adhere to the brand guidelines and strategies before they are published, supervising the process closely.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using marketing cloud platforms.
• Translate design mockups into responsive and interactive web pages using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Contribute to the development of user personas, user flows, and wireframes to enhance the overall user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to make informed design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and coding languages to ensure your skills remain relevant.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze vendor data and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Excellent time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX) to ensure designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly.
• Communication an interpersonal skill to build skills in communication, ability to provide and receive constructive feedback, fostering team growth and development.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn and improve vendor management processes and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field, preferred but not required.

• Two (2) years of experience working with marketing cloud platforms.
• Provide portfolio showcasing email campaigns completed, along with the corresponding results, including click-through rates (CTRs) and open rates.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with After Effects, Premieres and Figma is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
